About Tswv Chao Vang Center, LLC.

Tswv Chao Vang Center, LLC. is a community-based group adult day care service designed to meet the needs of adults with disabilities in a structured non-residential setting. At our our center, we provide social, recreational, cultural, physical, and educational activities to dependent adults in the Milwaukee Area.  It has shown that participants in an adult day care, as well as their families and caregivers, benefit from the activities and social exchange that an adult day care provides.  Participants often sleep and eat better, their behavior becomes less of a problem, and their communication and motor skills improved.  With such improvement, the participants, their families, and their caregivers can avoid or postpone placement into a nursing home or long-term care facility.

 

Each participant who attends Tswv Chao Vang Center, LLC. will have a customized program to meet their unique needs. We will create personalized care plans for each participant that includes elements from our specialized programs. We have the ability to modify our offerings based on what is best for the participant and revisit care plans periodically, based on progress and needs.

At Tswv Chao Vang Center, LLC., a delicious breakfast and lunch including a snack is offered at the facility. We strive our best to accommodate those who may have a special diets.
